Emergency cases:

Service interventions for acute safety hazards, such as:• Tripping circuit breakers or RCDs (residual current detectors)
• Non-functioning, sparking or burning power sockets, lights, electrical cables, wiring and appliances.

Power outages:

Before requesting an emergency call-out for a complete loss of electricity in your apartment or house, please verify it is not a scheduled maintenance cut or a neighborhood-wide blackout. If the outage affects your entire building or street, the issue must be resolved by the local power distribution operator (e.g., PRE, ČEZ-distribuce), not a private electrician

Partial or complete electrical modernizations

Upgrading legacy wiring (e.g., old aluminum cables) to modern copper standards.Advantage: Brings the installation up to current safety standards, significantly increases the load capacity for modern households, and eliminates the fire hazards associated with old wiring.

Replacement and upgrades of distribution boards

Complete removal of outdated fuse boxes and installation of modern distribution boards equipped with up-to-date and regulation-compliant circuit breakers and Residual Current Devices (RCDs).Advantage: The single most important upgrade for personal safety against electric shock and for the protection of sensitive electronics.

Additional sockets, lighting points, wiring and circuit changes

Expanding the existing layout to fit your actual needs by adding new electrical points or rerouting existing ones.Advantage: Eliminates the permanent and dangerous use of daisy-chained extension cords and overloaded multi-plug adapters.

Installation and connection of electrical appliances

Direct hardwiring of high-draw appliances such as induction cooktops (hobs), electric ovens, and extractors, adhering to manufacturer specifications and phase requirements.Advantage: Ensures safe operation, prevents circuit overloads, and is often a strict requirement to keep the manufacturer’s warranty valid.

Kitchen prep

Complete preparation of the electrical layout based on your new kitchen design plan before the cabinets are installed.Advantage: Ensures all dedicated circuits (for the dishwasher, fridge, oven, and cooktops (hobs) are properly sized and located precisely where the kitchen studio requires them.

Property electrical condition check

A comprehensive visual and instrumental check of the property’s wiring, sockets, and distribution board to assess its actual state. Includes a written technical report summarizing the findings.Advantage: Crucial before purchasing a property, moving in, or planning a renovation. It reveals hidden defects, dangerous DIY modifications, or outdated components, giving you a clear picture of potential future repair costs.

Mapping & documenting of existing electrical layout

Tracing out the current electrical system to identify exactly which sockets, lights, and appliances are connected to which specific circuit breaker. The result is provided as a clear PDF document.Advantage: Saves significant time and money during future fault finding or renovations. It also prevents dangerous accidents, such as drilling into live wires, because you know exactly how the property is wired.

It is also very suitable for emergency cases.Leaving a text message with your name, contact details, and a short problem description allows you to reach me even when I am busy and cannot answer your call mmediately.Shared photos or videos of the reported issue (with description) can greatly help me to clarify the situation and possibly shorten the time for fixing the issue.

For those who prefer a call (or do not use WhatsApp).

In emergency cases is always better to call. In case I cannot respond due to being busy working, you can still leave a standard SMS with details and I will call you back whenever possible.
